Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is hiring a US Tax Accountant (Consultant) to support internal accounting and tax compliance functions. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings, maintaining accurate financial data, and assisting with compliance and documentation requirements across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience in US tax preparation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams. This is an individual contributor role and does not involve supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file accurate and timely federal, state, and local tax returns.

  • Review trial balances, financial statements, fixed asset schedules, and supporting documents for accuracy.

  • Ensure completeness and compliance of tax-related documentation within internal records.

  • Assist with quarterly estimated tax calculations, annual tax planning, and general tax compliance.

  • Conduct basic tax research to stay up-to-date with relevant US tax regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate financial data using QuickBooks, including reviewing transactions and validating accounts.

  • Provide support during internal audits and other compliance-related activities.

  • Draft clear, professional email communication for internal coordination and documentation.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience with strong knowledge of general ledger workflows.

  • 1–2 years of US tax preparation experience.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial reviews and reconciliations.

  • Good written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, formatting, and data validation).

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
