Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support one of our US-based recruitment partners. The role will focus on sourcing, resume identification, and candidate activity verification to ensure high-quality and timely candidate submissions for industrial, manufacturing, and construction roles.

This position plays a key role in strengthening our client’s recruitment delivery by maintaining a strong talent pipeline, verifying candidate availability, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for active US job requisitions.

  • Conduct resume screening and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.

  • Verify candidate activity, availability, and interest before submission.

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

  • Support offer management and candidate closing when required.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and status updates using ATS or other tracking tools.

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across multiple client accounts.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably for US or global markets.

  • Proven success in sourcing for industrial, manufacturing, or trade-related positions.

  • Skilled in Boolean search and experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and structured recruitment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for blue-collar, skilled trade, or technical positions.

  • Prior exposure to industrial or construction hiring environments.
