Job description

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Technical Proposal & Documentation Specialist to support the Services Operations team in ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy across all proposal and technical documentation deliverables. This role focuses on coordinating RFP/RFI responses, maintaining TCS documentation standards, and supporting process improvement initiatives to strengthen KDCI’s operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, structured, and high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and coordination of proposal (RFP/RFI) responses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely submission.

  • Review and update Technical Control Sheets (TCS) and related documentation to align with internal standards and client requirements.

  • Maintain a centralized library of proposal templates, technical content, and best practices for reuse and reference.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, verify data, and produce compliant, professional-quality documentation.

  • Track deliverables, prepare reports, and assist in internal project management and workflow updates.

  • Provide backup and operational support to senior team members on recurring proposal or documentation tasks.

  • Perform other administrative or coordination duties as needed to support evolving priorities.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, documentation, or administrative support roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word and Excel); familiarity with SharePoint or Confluence is a plus.

  • High attention to detail, with proven ability to edit, format, and organize complex documents.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative in cross-functional environments.
