Supply Chain Analyst – Food & Beverage

Job Summary:

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support demand planning, procurement, and inventory optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations, particularly in corporate wellness and employee engagement solutions through fresh fruit and healthy snack delivery services and will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless procurement and supply chain workflows.

Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Forecasting:

• Analyze customer purchasing trends to anticipate future demand accurately.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

• Key activity: Analyze VIP customer consumption to confirm forecast to demand planners per day to ensure supply and avoid donations.

• Consolidate demand per week for dairy and fruits (experience in these businesses is required).

• Check customer orders versus system information to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Collaboration & Process Optimization

• Work closely with the client’s internal team to enhance procurement and supply chain workflows.

• Create new SKUs in the system and update system manuals.

• Update prices in the system and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) records.

• Assist with procurement-related reporting.

• Conduct aging report analysis to ensure effective inventory control.

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• Industry experience in dairy and fruit supply chains is required.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory control.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
