Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to plan, create, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and inbound leads. This role manages the day-to-day social media calendar, community engagement, and performance tracking while collaborating with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure content is timely, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Creation
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube, as applicable.
Write engaging, platform-appropriate copy, captions, and hooks aligned with the brand voice and target personas.
Coordinate with the creative team to produce visual and short-form video content and perform light editing when needed.
Repurpose long-form content, including blogs, webinars, and case studies, into social-first formats.
Publishing & Community Management
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, respond promptly, and escalate concerns to the appropriate team.
Engage with relevant communities, industry pages, and conversations to organically grow reach.
Analytics & Optimization
Track key performance indicators, including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-throughs, and conversions, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Run A/B tests on content formats, posting times, and messaging, and apply insights to improve performance.
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging formats and recommend new opportunities.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
Support paid social campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team, including audience inputs, creative briefs, and boosted posts.
Align social media content with product launches, promotions, events, and PR initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with company guidelines across all published content.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–4years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or business.
Portfolio of managed social media accounts, sample posts, or campaigns demonstrating measurable results.
Proficiency with major social media platforms and their native analytics, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
Experience using social media scheduling and management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
Strong copywriting skills with excellent English grammar.
Familiarity with SEO and hashtag strategies is an advantage.
Creative and trend-aware, with strong judgment on content that aligns with the brand.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision.
Basic photography or on-camera/short-form video production experience is an advantage.
Experience in the B2B, technology, outsourcing, or staffing industry is an advantage.
