Role Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of our global social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role ensures consistent brand alignment, high-quality content delivery, and effective performance tracking across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a global social media strategy aligned with brand and corporate goals.

  • Coordinate governance and compliance across social platforms.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets align with brand tone and visual identity.

  • Assist in writing and creating engaging content for global audiences.

  • Track and report KPIs for both organic and paid campaigns.

  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to inform strategy.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media coordination, management, or a related role.

  • Proven B2B social media experience is required.

  • Demonstrated success in executing campaigns and meeting KPI targets.

  • Experience managing budgets and supporting paid social initiatives.

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI writing platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
