KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of our global social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role ensures consistent brand alignment, high-quality content delivery, and effective performance tracking across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of a global social media strategy aligned with brand and corporate goals.
Coordinate governance and compliance across social platforms.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets align with brand tone and visual identity.
Assist in writing and creating engaging content for global audiences.
Track and report KPIs for both organic and paid campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to inform strategy.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in social media coordination, management, or a related role.
Proven B2B social media experience is required.
Demonstrated success in executing campaigns and meeting KPI targets.
Experience managing budgets and supporting paid social initiatives.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI writing platforms is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
