Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Designer with strong creative and production expertise to deliver high-quality visual outputs and support the development of impactful design solutions. This role focuses on executing and refining design work across multiple projects while collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards and project goals. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience with AI-driven creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, Gemini, or Runway ML is a plus, as the team continues to integrate modern technology into the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Concept Development

  • Develop and execute high-quality design concepts across various projects and formats.

  • Translate project requirements into visually compelling and brand-aligned creative outputs.

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Collaboration & Production

  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.

  • Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

  • Support production workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets.

Quality Assurance

  • Review and refine own work and assist in checking outputs for consistency, alignment, and quality.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Team Support & Mentorship

  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers when needed.

  • Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Process Improvement & Tools

  • Contribute to improving creative workflows and processes.

  • Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, ideation, and execution.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a design role with strong involvement in both conceptual and production work.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, branding, layout, and campaign execution.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high design quality under deadlines.

  • Good communication skills and ability to interpret and apply feedback effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Working knowledge or exposure to AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, Gemini, Runway ML) is a plus.
