Job description

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist at KDCI Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing data entry operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex data entry tasks. The Senior Data Entry Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing positive working relationships with assigned internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendor partners.

  • Responsible for data input, management, and maintenance of internal and external reports in collaboration with, and under the direction of senior team members.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and clarify data entry requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with data entry standards and company policies.

  • Generate reports and analyze data entry metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues in a timely manner.

  • Any other assigned duties and tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & OneDrive (need to understand formulas, pivot tables, and formatting).

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - Comparing data using XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP.

  • Highly Proficient in Data Entry (collating data from multiple sources, able to piece together information and make adjustments based on multiple data sources).

  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies in data entry processes and implementing improvements.

  • Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies

  • Familiarity with financial data, invoicing, billing cycles, and general accounting practices, especially in relation to expense reports and renewals.

  • A background in accounting and handling quotes and renewals is a plus.

  • Above average to excellent communication skills.

  • High degree of comfort in learning new platforms and processes.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic role that is high-volume and fast-paced in nature.

  • Excellent prioritization skills in the face of changing requirements.

  • Willing to work from 8AM to 5PM EST (New York, USA).
