Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role plays a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong sales acumen, persistence, and a strategic approach to lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and prospect analysis to identify and qualify high-potential leads.

  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present KDCI’s outsourcing solutions effectively.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate hand-offs to Business Development Managers.

  • Develop and execute a structured outreach plan to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring all prospect interactions and follow-ups are properly tracked.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

  • Follow up with inbound leads and nurture cold prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and persistent in achieving sales goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at different levels.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple leads simultaneously.

  • Experience in B2B sales or eCommerce is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage but not required.

  • Willing to work during US business hours.

  • Must be adaptable to a hybrid work setup, with a stable internet connection and backup solutions.
