KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently exceeds targets, and is committed to achieving success. This role requires a self-starter with strong sales acumen, persistence, and a proactive approach to lead generation and pipeline development.

The SDR will be responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up high-value opportunities for the sales team. Using a combination of outbound calls, emails, social media, and strategic research, the SDR will identify and connect with key decision-makers to drive business growth. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, independent, and eager to go the extra mile to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound calls, emails, social media, and other direct-response channels to schedule meetings with decision-makers.

  • Effectively communicate the value of our services by demonstrating a deep understanding of prospects’ challenges and positioning KDCI as the ideal solution.

  • Consistently meet and exceed performance targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to success and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Conduct thorough market research and individual prospect research to identify and qualify high-potential leads.

  • Develop and execute structured daily outreach plans, optimizing call schedules and engagement strategies for maximum efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including detailed notes on prospect interactions and next steps.

  • Collaborate with lead generation specialists and business development managers to refine targeting strategies and messaging.

  • Follow up with cold leads to nurture them into potential opportunities.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve targeting and outreach efforts.

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and willing to go the extra mile to meet and exceed goals.

  • Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong persuasive abilities.

  • Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for engaging with potential clients.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

  • Experience in eCommerce or B2B sales is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is an advantage but not required.

  • Willing to work during US business hours.

  • Must be adaptable to a hybrid work environment with a stable internet connection and backup solutions.
