Job Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role plays a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong sales acumen, persistence, and a strategic approach to lead generation.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and prospect analysis to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present KDCI’s outsourcing solutions effectively.
Schedule meetings and coordinate hand-offs to Business Development Managers.
Develop and execute a structured outreach plan to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring all prospect interactions and follow-ups are properly tracked.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Follow up with inbound leads and nurture cold prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
Job requirements
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and persistent in achieving sales goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at different levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple leads simultaneously.
Experience in B2B sales or eCommerce is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage but not required.
Willing to work during US business hours.
Must be adaptable to a hybrid work setup, with a stable internet connection and backup solutions.
