Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the growing demand for niche and global roles by helping balance requisition volume across the team. This role ensures faster time-to-fill while maintaining high hiring standards and delivering a positive candidate experience. The Junior Recruiter will work closely with the sourcing team, hiring managers, and clients to provide seamless recruitment support across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage requisitions across different levels, from entry-level to executive, for diverse industries.
Coordinate assessments, schedule SME interviews, and ensure timely updates to clients.
Deliver on monthly hiring KPIs while maintaining strong candidate conversion results.
Collaborate with the sourcing team to build, maintain, and strengthen proactive talent pipelines.
Provide recruitment insights and data to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.
Job requirements
2–3 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or BPO environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with minimal supervision.
Strong client-facing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledgeable in recruitment metrics and motivated by meeting performance-based goals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
