Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator in our Creative and Design team, you will support and organize day-to-day project operations, from planning to completion, ensuring that timelines, productivity, and client expectations are met. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple creative and design projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and scope for various creative and design projects.

• Act as a primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring alignment on project expectations, deliverables, and feedback.

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time project completion.

• Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary.

• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.

• Identify potential risks or issues, providing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.

• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and ensure a smooth workflow across all projects.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Design, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally in a creative or design environment.

• Strong understanding of design processes, project management principles, and familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and external clients.

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
