Job Summary:
KDCI is looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented Partnership Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in converting warm inbound leads generated by our sales and marketing efforts. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll lead discovery calls to understand their business needs, present customized service solutions, and guide them through the sales process toward a successful partnership. This is a client-facing role that combines strategic thinking with a strong focus on relationship building and consultative selling.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries and warm leads in a timely, professional manner
Schedule and lead discovery calls to understand client needs and match them with tailored service solutions
Engage potential clients via email, phone, or virtual meetings to learn more about their business objectives
Present and explain KDCI’s BPO service offerings in a clear, consultative, and solutions-focused way
Customize proposals and presentations to align with client requirements
Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth handoff to the onboarding and operations team
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to ensure a consistent client experience and messaging
Keep CRM and internal systems updated with lead activity, pipeline status, and follow-up actions
Job requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client engagement—preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust
Ability to listen, understand client needs, and position services as effective solutions
Experience presenting to small and mid-sized businesses in a virtual setting
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and timelines
Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, email marketing platforms)
Preferred:
Background in professional services, outsourcing, or customer support solutions
Experience working with international clients (U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe)
Understanding of service-level agreements, contracts, and B2B sales cycles
