Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an Outbound Team Lead to manage and scale a high-performing outbound sales team focused on the US market. This role is responsible for overseeing SDRs and Lead Harvesters, driving outbound performance, ensuring outreach quality, and achieving team KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong B2B outbound sales experience, leadership capabilities, and hands-on expertise in outbound prospecting, sales engagement tools, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs and Lead Harvesters.

  • Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly performance reviews, and monthly evaluations.

  • Monitor team productivity, identify coaching opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Foster accountability and maintain a high-performance outbound sales culture.

Outreach Quality & Coaching

  • Review and approve outbound email sequences and messaging before launch.

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve outreach effectiveness and response rates.

  • Refine messaging strategies based on campaign results and market feedback.

Outbound Sales Execution

  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns as needed.

  • Personally contribute to outbound efforts and meeting generation when required.

  • Maintain expertise in outbound sales methodologies and best practices.

KPI Management & Reporting

  • Own and report on key outbound metrics, including:

    • Contacts sequenced

    • Open rates

    • Reply rates

    • Meetings booked

    • Cost per meeting

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to leadership.

Sales Tools & Process Management

  • Manage and optimize outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Monitor deliverability, inbox health, domain reputation, and outbound infrastructure.

  • Ensure CRM accuracy and adherence to sales processes.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Enforce outbound sales processes and best practices.

  • Document workflows, learnings, and process improvements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and campaign performance.

Recruitment & Team Growth

  • Support hiring activities, including candidate screening and interviews.

  • Evaluate assessments and provide hiring recommendations.

  • Assist with onboarding and development of new team members.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, cold outreach, or business development.

  • At least 1 year of experience managing, mentoring, or coaching SDRs, outbound representatives, or sales teams.

  • Proven experience selling to or generating opportunities with US-based companies.

  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting platforms such as Apollo.io, Clay, Lusha, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar tools.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or equivalent CRM platforms.

  • Strong understanding of outbound sales metrics, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to create, review, and improve outbound messaging.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work a 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PH Time schedule.
