Job Summary:
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering compelling sales presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Guide prospects through a consultative sales process over the phone, helping them assess goals, needs, and partnership opportunities.
• Build and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Accurately record and manage customer and sales data in the database.
• Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain the company’s reputation.
Job requirements
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the BPO industry (Outbound Sales)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage clients
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email
• Experience with B2B sales, especially with resellers, wholesalers, or retailers - is a plus!
• Ability to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products
• Strong follow-up skills to maintain long-term business relationships
• Understanding of consumer trends and reseller needs
• Ability to quickly learn about new products and effectively present their value
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle objections and close sales
• Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejections professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
