Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is growing rapidly and is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Order Management Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full order lifecycle—from order entry to delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service across all touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process in collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams

  • Handle various order types, resolving issues quickly while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders

  • Oversee order entry, processing, invoicing, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)

  • Provide proactive and timely customer service, including updates and resolution of order-related issues

  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to meet delivery deadlines and maintain service levels

  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing, and delivery instructions

  • Generate and maintain daily and weekly order status reports to keep all teams aligned

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and provide general support as required

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role

  • 1 to 2 years of accounting or data management experience is a plus

  • Experience handling customer inquiries via email or chat is advantageous

  • Background in eCommerce, online retail, or catalog retail is preferred but not required

  • Experience supporting B2B customers is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

  • Familiarity with order management systems and eCommerce platforms is a plus

  • Experience using NetSuite and Salesforce is a strong advantage

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
