Job Overview:
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Operations Manager – Creative Services to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our creative teams, including design, graphics, video editing, and other creative services. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a solid understanding of creative processes, and the ability to drive project success while fostering strong collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations for creative teams, ensuring effective workflow and high-performance standards.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure client expectations are met with the highest standards of excellence.
Collaborate with account managers and team leads to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
Maintain direct communication with clients when necessary, providing updates and handling escalations.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement optimized workflows to enhance team productivity.
Monitor and track team performance using KPIs, providing reports to senior management on project status and team health.
Mentor and guide team leaders to develop their leadership and collaboration skills.
Act as an escalation point for high-priority project concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Multimedia Arts, IT, or a related field.
3–5 years of leadership or operations management experience, ideally within creative services, IT service delivery, or project-based operations.
Strong team leadership, client-facing communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cross-functional project management and a track record of improving operational processes.
Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of design, video editing, or content production is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international clients and in outsourcing or BPO environments.
Knowledge of productivity tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
Understanding of service delivery standards (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Ability to mentor and contribute to leadership development initiatives within the team.
