Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an Off-Page SEO Specialist with proven experience building high-quality backlinks for the US market. This role is responsible for executing white-hat, Google-compliant link-building strategies, managing outreach and backlink acquisition, and improving organic search performance through sustainable SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

Backlink Strategy & Acquisition

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies targeting high-authority websites, primarily within the US market.

  • Identify and pursue backlink opportunities through guest posting, editorial placements, digital PR, resource pages, HARO/Connectively, broken link building, and niche edits.

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of backlink prospects using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz.

Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Write personalized outreach emails to secure backlink placements and partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with webmasters, editors, bloggers, journalists, and publishers across relevant industries.

  • Manage and expand a network of trusted publishing contacts for ongoing backlink opportunities.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Evaluate backlink opportunities based on domain authority, topical relevance, traffic quality, spam score, and editorial standards.

  • Ensure all SEO and link-building activities comply with Google Webmaster Guidelines and white-hat SEO practices.

  • Conduct backlink audits and identify toxic or spammy links for disavowal when necessary.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and report on backlink acquisition KPIs, including links built, domain diversity, DR/DA benchmarks, anchor text distribution, and ranking impact.

  • Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Utilize Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush to monitor backlink health and campaign performance.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to align link-building initiatives with SEO and brand strategies.

  • Contribute ideas for linkable assets, digital PR campaigns, data-driven content, and outreach initiatives.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO and link building in an agency or in-house environment.

  • Proven experience building backlinks for the US market.

  • Demonstrated success acquiring backlinks from websites with DR 40+ and measurable organic traffic.

  • Strong proficiency using Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz for prospecting, backlink audits, and competitor analysis.

  • Solid understanding of anchor text strategy, topical authority, link equity flow, and link velocity.

  • Experience using Google Disavow Tool and identifying toxic backlinks.

  • Strong understanding of Google link scheme policies and white-hat SEO methodologies.

  • Experience with editorial outreach, digital PR, resource link building, HARO, broken link building, and linkable asset campaigns.

  • Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles and their impact on SEO performance.

  • Excellent written communication and outreach skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building backlinks across international markets such as UK, AU, CA, or EU.

  • Background in digital PR and securing journalist mentions or editorial citations.

  • Experience working in competitive industries such as SaaS, finance, legal, health, or eCommerce.

  • Experience managing freelancers or small link-building teams.
