Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing day-to-day marketing activities, tracking performance, and collaborating across teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and preparing reports to help drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, and other platforms.
Assist with campaign setup, including ad copy uploads, creative QA, and landing page tracking.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates, highlighting areas for improvement.
Maintain and update marketing calendars, dashboards, and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Sales, Development) to ensure campaign assets are aligned and delivered on time.
Conduct basic competitor research and stay updated on marketing trends to support ongoing campaign improvements.
Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign coordination.
Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficiency in Google Analytics or other reporting tools for monitoring campaign performance.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail for QA of campaign assets and data accuracy.
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), or landing page builders is a plus.
