Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer to support high-volume digital content production, primarily focusing on short-form video editing and basic motion graphics. This role assists the senior creative team by adapting existing content for social media and internal use, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications and platform standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, coachable, and comfortable executing repetitive production tasks with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts), including basic cuts, color correction, and audio syncing.
Create simple 2D motion graphics such as lower thirds, logo animations, and transitions using After Effects.
Reformat master videos into various aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for multi-platform distribution.
Organize raw footage and project files following team naming conventions and folder structures.
Ensure final exports meet required technical specifications (resolution, frame rate, codecs).

Job Requirements
0–2 years of experience in video editing or multimedia production (fresh graduates with a strong demo reel are welcome).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Basic understanding of video codecs, frame rates, and export settings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive production tasks accurately.
Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve technical skills.
Efficient and detail-focused in execution.
Process-oriented with strict adherence to file organization standards.
Reliable and able to meet production deadlines.
