Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Junior Logistics Associate to support day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment tracking, order processing, and coordination across internal teams and external partners. This role is primarily focused on back-office support and system-based coordination, requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners through email and system updates.

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate status updates.

  • Assist in order processing and ensure proper documentation of logistics transactions.

Shipment & Inventory Support

  • Track shipment progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Support inventory monitoring and coordination activities as needed.

  • Assist in dispatch coordination and ensure smooth movement of goods.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and operational data.

  • Use spreadsheets and internal systems to track and report logistics activities.

  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Process & Administrative Support

  • Assist in improving operational workflows and reporting processes.

  • Adapt to process updates and system changes as required.

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and resolve basic issues proactively.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.

  • Background in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or freight coordination is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

  • Ability to coordinate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Experience in order processing, shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, or dispatch coordination is a plus.

  • Familiarity with logistics systems, ERP platforms, or shipment tracking tools is an advantage.

  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of resolving day-to-day operational issues efficiently.

  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
