Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Junior AI Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day content operations focused on AI-related content, tools, and trends. This role is responsible for researching emerging AI topics, producing short-form video content, and managing content publishing across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in AI, digital content, and social media operations.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with opportunities for growth as content operations expand across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Content Discovery
Research trending AI tools, platforms, and industry news for short-form content opportunities.
Cross-check content trackers to avoid duplicate topics and maintain content organization.
Assist in writing and reviewing scripts, captions, and content briefs.
Video Asset Production
Produce short-form video content, including clipping, trimming, voiceover integration, and basic editing.
Utilize AI-powered tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, OpusClip, Canva, or similar platforms.
Organize and maintain content assets using proper file naming and folder structures.
Social Media Publishing & Management
Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
Adapt captions and formatting based on platform-specific requirements.
Maintain publishing schedules and prevent duplicate uploads.
Analytics & Quality Assurance
Monitor content performance and flag underperforming formats or topics.
Perform quality checks on scripts, captions, visuals, and audio before publishing.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve content performance and engagement.
Process & Tracker Maintenance
Maintain accurate content trackers, CSV files, upload logs, and asset databases.
Document workflow updates, platform quirks, and process-related notes.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, social media, or related roles.
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and strong interest in the AI industry.
Basic video editing skills (clipping, trimming, simple assembly).
Comfortable working with multiple tools and platforms simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage trackers, schedules, and formatting requirements accurately.
Clear written English communication skills for scripts and captions.
Basic spreadsheet or CSV management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
Exposure to social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Blotato, or similar).
Understanding of short-form video best practices for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Familiarity with AI content generation tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or OpusClip.
Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing roles.
