Job Summary 

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to serve as the go-to expert for all things HubSpot. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system to ensure data integrity, improve system usage, and support cross-functional teams. The HubSpot CRM Administrator will oversee workflows, reporting, automation, and CRM best practices to drive adoption and efficiency across the organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM. 

  • Manage user permissions, team settings, pipelines, properties, and integrations. 

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows, sequences, automation, and lead scoring models. 

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements. 

  • Train and support users across departments to ensure CRM adoption and efficiency. 

  • Maintain data hygiene and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

  • Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with HubSpot support as needed. 

  • Monitor system usage trends and suggest improvements or feature adoption. 

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, contract administration, or subscription management, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue business. 

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting processes. 

  • Proficiency in working with CRM and subscription tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Maxio, Chargebee, or Zuora. 

  • Comfortable interpreting and tracking commercial contracts and billing terms. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
