Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Graphic Print Designer with a strong focus on packaging design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has experience creating a wide range of packaging formats and is adept at developing visually compelling, production-ready designs that meet brand standards and appeal to retail and wholesale markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop retail packaging across a variety of formats, including color boxes, header cards, blister cards, hang tags, window boxes, and more. 
- Create clean, structured files with proper dielines, bleeds, trim, resolution, and color formatting for print production. 
- Apply excellent English language skills in all packaging text, instructions, and project communication. 
- Design and develop marketing collateral, focusing on product pre-production deliverables, with potential projects including brochures, packaging, campaigns, catalogues, signage, and other print materials. 
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining creative excellence. 
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and color accuracy. 
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, accurate output and troubleshoot production issues. 
- Stay updated on printing techniques, materials, and design trends to optimize creative and production output. 
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, attention to detail, and clear communication of progress and timelines with the Design Manager. 
- Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, product changes, and campaign development within agreed timelines. 
- Utilize the designated work platform to coordinate and communicate on assigned tasks and maintain a structured filing and storage system within the company. 
Job requirements

- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design with a concentration in packaging design. 
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). 
- Strong knowledge of print production processes, typography, and color management. 
- Experience designing for different print formats such as packaging and large-scale prints. 
- Familiarity with wholesale or mass retail packaging requirements. 
- Experience with print design or branding. 
- Familiarity with digital design and its application alongside print materials. 
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
- Strong problem-solving skills to ensure seamless production. 
- Ability to frequently and clearly communicate progress status and concerns. 
- Portfolio showcasing previous print design work is required.
