Job Overview
KDCI is seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Product Assistant to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Product Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Incentive Team’s Marketing efforts and product development initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to execute strategies and manage content with the use of CRM tools, driving Audit, test and optimizing product performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital product marketing, possesses a strong analytical mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage website content through CMS platform.
Audit and test product websites to identify and solve bugs and issues.
Document processes and changes.
Suggest improvements on website usability and user experience.
Support customer service team updating processes, content and QA.
Participate to the reporting & monitoring on campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and sales, to align marketing strategies with product objectives and customer needs.
Job requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish language
A keen interest in digital marketing, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and the use of digital resources (CMS, Jira, Confluence).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Be comfortable working with deadlines and manage different tasks at the same time
Candidate must be proactive and responsible.
An enthusiastic and bright individual
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
