Generative AI Visual Designer

About the Role

KDCI Outsourcing is hiring a full-time Designer specializing in AI Image Generation to support the creation of high-quality product and marketing imagery. The ideal candidate is a proven AI image-generation specialist with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, capable of producing realistic, creative, and production-ready visual assets. This role requires hands-on expertise in generative AI tools and strong design fundamentals, along with the ability to work within established brand and style guidelines. The successful candidate will independently develop, refine, and deliver on-brand AI-generated imagery — this role requires existing AI image-generation expertise, not on-the-job development of it.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Generated Creative Production

• Create high-quality AI-generated product and lifestyle imagery aligned with brand guidelines

• Develop original visual concepts using generative AI platforms such as NanoBanana, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or equivalent tools

• Generate multiple creative variations for review, testing, and campaign requirements

• Refine AI-generated outputs to achieve realistic, production-ready results

• Ensure accurate representation of product details, colors, proportions, textures, and materials

Brand & Visual Guideline Adherence

• Consistently apply brand and visual style guidelines

• Maintain visual consistency between AI-generated imagery and existing brand creative

• Ensure imagery reflects the appropriate brand tone, aesthetic, and quality standards

• Review generated assets carefully for visual inconsistencies and AI artifacts

Post-Production & Image Refinement

• Use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to retouch and enhance AI-generated imagery

• Correct lighting, color, composition, perspective, and other visual inconsistencies

• Remove AI-generated artifacts and refine product details

• Ensure final creative assets meet professional production standards

Asset Preparation & Delivery

• Prepare final, web-ready assets according to required formats, dimensions, and specifications

• Produce multiple versions or concepts when requested

• Optimize assets for digital, web, marketing, and e-commerce use

• Ensure final files are properly reviewed before submission

File & Version Management

• Follow established file naming conventions and folder structures

• Maintain organized source files, working files, and final assets

• Track revisions and maintain proper version control

• Follow established client handoff and delivery procedures

Client Collaboration

• Work closely with the designated coordinator or manager

• Participate in creative reviews and feedback sessions

• Quickly incorporate feedback and revisions into subsequent iterations

• Communicate progress, challenges, and questions clearly.

Required

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in AI Image Generation

• Demonstrated and proven expertise in AI-generated imagery

• A portfolio showcasing professional AI-generated work (required)

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as NanoBanana, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Flux, or equivalent AI image-generation platforms

• Strong understanding of design principles: composition, lighting, color theory, perspective, proportion, and realism

• Ability to accurately interpret and apply brand and style guidelines

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom

• Strong image retouching and post-production skills

• Ability to create realistic product and lifestyle imagery

• Strong attention to detail and visual quality

• Ability to work efficiently and iterate quickly based on feedback

• Comfortable working with international teams and remote stakeholders

• Willingness to participate in a technical test and client evaluation process prior to placement

Preferred

• Experience with e-commerce or product imagery

• Experience working with footwear, fashion, or consumer products

• Experience creating lifestyle advertising imagery

• Experience maintaining visual consistency across multiple AI-generated assets

• Experience working with established brand guidelines

• Strong understanding of AI prompting and prompt refinement techniques

• Experience combining AI-generated imagery with traditional Photoshop workflows
