Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Financial & Tax Accountant responsible for managing advanced financial reporting and ensuring full compliance with Philippine tax regulations. This role involves preparing accurate financial statements, consolidating financial reports across multiple entities, and managing tax filing and compliance obligations. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in financial accounting and Philippine taxation and can work efficiently under tight reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports within 2–3 working days after month-end.

  • Conduct budget versus actual analysis and provide clear variance explanations.

  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple entities and ensure reporting accuracy.

Tax Compliance

  • Prepare and file VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), Compensation Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

  • Manage issuance and tracking of BIR Form 2307 certificates.

  • Ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and within government deadlines.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Manage BIR registrations, updates, and maintenance of books of accounts.

  • Compute and file annual business taxes and other required government reports.

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience with strong focus on financial reporting and taxation.

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and compliance requirements, including VAT, EWT, Corporate Income Tax, and DST.

  • Proven ability to meet tight financial reporting deadlines, particularly month-end closing schedules.

  • Experience preparing and consolidating financial statements across multiple entities.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills in financial reporting and tax compliance.

  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • CPA license is preferred.
