Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing and expanding our clients’ presence on major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketplace expertise, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in optimizing product listings, running advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance data to drive growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies.

  • Develop and execute marketplace strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and enhance brand positioning.

  • Create and optimize product listings with high-quality images, keyword-rich descriptions, and A+ Content to boost conversions.

  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Walmart Connect, optimizing performance and return on ad spend.

  • Monitor key performance metrics including sales, conversion rates, inventory levels, and ad performance using both platform tools and third-party analytics software.

  • Address issues related to account health, suppressed listings, Buy Box loss, and fulfillment challenges.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment, customer service, and promotional execution.

  • Ensure compliance with all marketplace guidelines, including pricing, content standards, and shipping policies.

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing strategies, and marketplace algorithms.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Amazon PPC, Walmart Sponsored Ads, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout.

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with marketplace analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Walmart fulfillment solutions is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
