Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in content marketing, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising (search and paid social), and email marketing.

 

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in execution, optimization, and performance tracking. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and drive measurable business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across content, SEO, paid media, and email channels.

  • Develop and optimize content marketing initiatives to support lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building initiatives.

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement, reach, and brand presence.

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated workflows.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (traffic, engagement, CPL, conversions) and provide actionable insights.

  • Conduct A/B testing and support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

  • Work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing assets and messaging are aligned with campaign goals.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies to continuously improve performance.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing campaigns across content marketing, SEO, paid ads, social media, and email marketing.

  • Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO and performance tracking tools.

  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, funnel marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM/marketing automation tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
