Job description

We are looking for a creative and versatile Web and Graphic Designer to support our branding and lead generation efforts across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong background in B2B marketing, social media content creation, video/photo editing, and experience in designing websites, email, and campaign assets. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and stays current with trends in design and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce social media content for LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy

  • Edit and produce short-form videos and visuals for marketing campaigns

  • Create wireframes and mockups for landing pages, campaign assets, and content-driven materials

  • Utilize generative AI tools to enhance creative production and asset development

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support B2B marketing strategies

  • Support email marketing and campaign design needs, ensuring responsiveness and clarity across devices

  • Stay up to date with social, design, and AI trends to continuously improve creative output

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing design

  • Experience in creating wireframes and mockups for landing pages or campaign visuals

  • Strong portfolio of social media content and video/photo editing work

  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Canva

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)

Nice to Have:

  • Background in working with performance marketing or growth teams

  • Experience optimizing content based on analytics and engagement metrics

  • Bonus: Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
