Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and generate leads. This role focuses on executing and optimizing initiatives across content marketing, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, and email marketing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer with strong critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Assist in executing content marketing initiatives to support lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Implement SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building activities.

  • Manage and update social media accounts (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and audience reach.

Campaign Support

  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated marketing workflows.

  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance including traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

  • Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor marketing metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Research

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support campaign execution.

  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the BPO, outsourcing, or services industry.

  • Hands-on exposure to content marketing, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, and email marketing.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO and performance tracking tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking ability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of conversion funnels, A/B testing, and digital marketing metrics is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
