Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking Data Entry Specialists to support the consolidation of multiple legacy spreadsheets into a unified and more efficient database. The role involves reviewing, extracting, and encoding historical and current information with accuracy and consistency to support reporting, analytics, and internal accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret key deal or project details such as location, venue, financial terms, and other relevant fields.

  • Extract, validate, and accurately input required information into designated tools or systems.

  • Identify inconsistencies and verify entries against existing spreadsheets and reference materials.

  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all records.

  • Follow documented processes and assist in updating workflow documentation as needed.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of information.

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic database tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to follow structured workflows with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Quick thinker with sound judgment, able to make basic decisions based on instructions and think creatively when resolving unclear data points.
