Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking Data Entry Specialists to support the consolidation of multiple legacy spreadsheets into a unified and more efficient database. The role involves reviewing, extracting, and encoding historical and current information with accuracy and consistency to support reporting, analytics, and internal accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret key deal or project details such as location, venue, financial terms, and other relevant fields.
Extract, validate, and accurately input required information into designated tools or systems.
Identify inconsistencies and verify entries against existing spreadsheets and reference materials.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all records.
Follow documented processes and assist in updating workflow documentation as needed.
Job requirements
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of information.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic database tools is an advantage.
Ability to follow structured workflows with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Quick thinker with sound judgment, able to make basic decisions based on instructions and think creatively when resolving unclear data points.
