Job description
Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a CRM Specialist to support the management, optimization, and day-to-day operations of CRM systems. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting campaign execution, and assisting with reporting and automation to improve overall efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support both operational tasks and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Maintenance
• Maintain and update records within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and
consistency.
• Manage pipelines, properties, user access, and basic system configurations.
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities.
Reporting & Dashboards
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Ensure data integrity across reports used by sales, marketing, and operations
teams.
• Assist in analyzing CRM data to generate insights.
Campaign & Workflow Support
• Support the setup and execution of campaigns within the CRM.
• Assist in building workflows, automation, and lead routing processes.
• Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and segmentation of contacts.
User Support & Coordination
• Provide support to users on CRM usage and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic system issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM updates and
improvements.
Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in CRM usage and suggest improvements.
• Support documentation of processes, workflows, and system guidelines.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or sales
operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience working with data management, reporting, and CRM workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
• Experience with automation, lead scoring, or lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with integrations and connected tools (email platforms, analytics tools).
• Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
