Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Content Writer to produce high-quality, original content that supports both internal and external communications. This role is responsible for creating SEO-driven blog articles, client case studies, business research papers, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of content marketing, and the ability to translate complex topics into compelling content aligned with the company's brand voice and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and optimize blog articles using SEO best practices, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, internal linking, and on-page structure to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

  • Develop original content across multiple formats, including client case studies, business research papers, white papers, and thought leadership articles.

  • Translate complex business and operational concepts into clear, persuasive, and engaging content for executive and professional audiences.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant subject matter to ensure content accuracy and credibility.

  • Track content performance metrics, including organic traffic, engagement, and conversions, and recommend improvements based on results.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align content with strategic positioning and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Maintain consistency with KDCI's brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all written materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of professional writing experience in journalism, research writing, B2B content, editorial publishing, or similar content-focused roles.

  • Experience writing SEO-optimized content, including blogs, case studies, business papers, or corporate communications.

  • Portfolio or published writing samples demonstrating a range of writing formats, including blogs, case studies, research papers, or business communications.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to clarity, structure, grammar, and factual accuracy.

  • Strong research, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, sales, and executive leadership.
