Job Summary:
KDCI is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Property Management Support Specialist to assist our client’s property management operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of commercial property management concepts, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. While experience with Yardi Voyager or Elevate is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement. This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth administrative processes, and high-quality support to the property management team.
Responsibilities:
Draft, proofread, and finalize tenant correspondence, including but not limited to rent increase notices, welcome letters, and general tenant communications.
Review tenant ledgers to identify and correct discrepancies or omissions based on lease agreements.
Accurately input and manage property management-related payables in accordance with established procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, document organization, and other tasks as assigned.
Job requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Drive.
Knowledgeable in Yardi software (Voyager/Elevate); good to have but not a hard requirement.
Strong understanding of industry terms such as tenant ledgers, delinquency, 3-day notices, and rent CAM (Common Area Maintenance).
Excellent comprehension and communication skills; highly skilled in professional letter writing, particularly using templates.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading and organizational abilities.
Logical thinker with a solid understanding of workflows and project management.
Self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude; committed to building a long-term career with the company.
