Job Summary:
KDCI is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Property Management Support Specialist to assist our client’s property management operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of commercial property management concepts, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. While experience with Yardi Voyager or Elevate is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement. This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth administrative processes, and high-quality support to the property management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, proofread, and finalize tenant correspondence, including but not limited to rent increase notices, welcome letters, and general tenant communications.

  • Review tenant ledgers to identify and correct discrepancies or omissions based on lease agreements.

  • Accurately input and manage property management-related payables in accordance with established procedures.

  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, document organization, and other tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Drive.

  • Knowledgeable in Yardi software (Voyager/Elevate); good to have but not a hard requirement.

  • Strong understanding of industry terms such as tenant ledgers, delinquency, 3-day notices, and rent CAM (Common Area Maintenance).

  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills; highly skilled in professional letter writing, particularly using templates.

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading and organizational abilities.

  • Logical thinker with a solid understanding of workflows and project management.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude; committed to building a long-term career with the company.
