Job Overview 

KDCI Outsourcing is hiring a Network Systems Engineer with a specialized focus on Cisco Viptela SD-WAN to support our U.S. based client. This role is ideal for candidates with deep expertise in SD-WAN deployments, enterprise routing protocols, security policy implementation, and cloud network integration. You will collaborate closely with network architects and client stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient connectivity across distributed environments. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Design, configure, and maintain Cisco Viptela SD-WAN (vManage, vBond, vSmart) solutions 

  • Monitor SD-WAN environments and proactively resolve inter-site and cloud connectivity issues 

  • Implement routing, security policies, QoS, and network segmentation across enterprise networks 

  • Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify network trends, potential issues, and optimization opportunities 

  • Integrate SD-WAN solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and with legacy MPLS networks 

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, account managers, and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery and technical alignment 

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and assist in refining deployment and support processes 

Job requirements

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, preferably in managed services or client-facing roles 

  • Demonstrated expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting 

  • Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VPN/IPSec, NAT, QoS, and network segmentation 

  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex technical topics clearly 

  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup, with clear escalation and reporting practices
