Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients through various outbound channels, delivering tailored presentations, and closing new business opportunities. This role is key to expanding our client base and driving overall company growth. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential clients through channels such as cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns

  • Initiate contact and build strong relationships with key decision-makers to generate interest in KDCI's BPO services

  • Customize presentations and proposals that align with client requirements and industry needs

  • Lead discovery calls to understand client pain points and provide tailored service solutions

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our services

  • Manage sales negotiations and close deals to acquire new business

  • Track outreach efforts, leads, and sales activities accurately using CRM tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to enhance prospecting strategies

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the BPO or professional services industry

  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing deals

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable conducting cold outreach and virtual presentations

  • Proficient in CRM and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, email platforms)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling outsourcing solutions such as customer service, back-office support, finance, or eCommerce services

  • Familiarity with international markets including the U.S., Canada, Australia, or Europe

  • Ability to tailor proposals and adapt messaging based on client industry and needs
