Job Summary:

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Business Development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts—identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through proactive outreach and tailored sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a persuasive communication style, a passion for consultative selling, and a track record in generating new business—ideally within the BPO or professional services space.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients through various prospecting methods (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.)

  • Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers to generate interest in BPO services

  • Customize proposals and presentations to align with client requirements

  • Schedule and lead discovery calls to understand client needs and match them with tailored service solutions

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches that highlight our service value and capabilities

  • Navigate sales negotiations and effectively close deals to bring in new clients

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff after contract closure

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine outreach strategies

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development—preferably in the BPO or professional services industry

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and experience in full-cycle sales (prospect to close)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and virtual presentations

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, email marketing platforms)

Preferred:

  • Previous experience selling outsourcing solutions or services (e.g., customer service, back-office, finance, eCommerce support)

  • Familiarity with international markets (especially U.S., Canada, Australia, or Europe)

  • Ability to craft tailored proposals and adapt messaging to different industries
