Job Summary: 

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a results-driven Inbound Business Development Specialist to lead and execute strategies that drive inbound sales and client engagement. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities that align with our outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Convert Inbound Leads: Oversee the inbound sales funnel, qualifying and converting potential clients into long-term partnerships. 

  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Design and execute business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams. 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored outsourcing solutions. 

  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase KDCI Outsourcing’s value proposition. 

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine strategies. 

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and account management teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes. 

  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Drive contract negotiations and secure partnerships with new clients. 

  • Monitor and Report on Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention. 

Job requirements

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, inbound sales, or account management, preferably in the outsourcing, BPO, or professional services industry. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Strong track record of converting inbound leads and driving sales growth. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data. 

  • Results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. 

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 

  • Must be willing to work on US business hours.
