Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager (Outbound) at KDCI Outsourcing, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—and working closely with internal teams to deliver customized outsourcing solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a deep understanding of the outsourcing industry. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across target industries. 
  • Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels. 
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. 
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing contracts. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account setup. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KDCI's services and value propositions to effectively position them in the market. 
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. 
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. 

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the outsourcing or BPO industry. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and performance tracking. 
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. 
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
