Job Summary 

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Airline & Travel Ticketing Specialist with strong expertise in Sabre GDS and a proven track record of handling international clients. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end ticketing process, including fulfillment, issuance, reissues, exchanges, and refunds for global customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accurate, and committed to delivering a seamless travel experience for clients worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, exchanges, and refunds using Sabre GDS. 

  • Handle schedule changes, cancellations, special requests, and client inquiries promptly. 

  • Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, IATA regulations, and company policies. 

  • Manage complex itineraries including multi-city, interline, and codeshare bookings. 

  • Monitor and clear Sabre queues daily, performing quality checks to prevent errors. 

  • Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve client concerns quickly and effectively. 

  • Stay updated on airline policies, taxes, and travel regulations. 

  • Prepare and submit reports on ticketing, refunds, and fulfillment status. 

Job requirements

Job Requirements 

  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in a ticketing or fulfillment role for an airline, online travel agency (OTA), or international travel agency. 

  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS (knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo is a plus). 

  • Strong understanding of international fares, rules, and ticketing procedures, including refunds, exchanges, and ADM/ACM handling. 

  • Experience handling complex itineraries and corporate travel management processes. 

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). 

  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing reporting tools. 

  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

  • Experience working with clients in US, UK, Australia, or NZ markets preferred. 

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts to support global time zones.
