KDCI is hiring an Airbnb Virtual Assistant for our client, which is an Airbnb virtual concierge agency dedicated to providing top-notch, personalized services to hosts and their guests. Our client takes pride in their warm, charming, and professional approach, ensuring every guest feels welcome and every host feels supported. As an Airbnb Virtual Assistant, you will be the friendly and engaging voice behind our service. Your role is to assist hosts with their listings and help guests with their inquiries, creating a seamless and delightful experience for everyone. Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Reservation Management: Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
  • Host Support: Provide assistance and guidance to Airbnb hosts to help them manage their properties more effectively and enhance the guest experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any guest or host issues promptly and with a positive attitude.
  • Personal Touch: Add a personal touch to guest interactions, making each guest feel valued and welcome.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about Airbnb policies and best practices to provide accurate information and advice.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in Airbnb or other related fields in the short-term vacation rental property management industry (e.g. VRBO, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using communication tools such as email, chat platforms, and phone systems.
  • Familiarity with Airbnb platform and its functionalities.
  • Knowledge of Hostaway is a plus but not required.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
